Faculty of Philosophy

On May 17, 2012 Prof. Jarosław Górniak was elected Dean of the JU Faculty of Philosophy for the term 2012-2016 by the Faculty Council.

On May 24, 2012 the Faculty Council elected Vice-Deans proposed by the Dean-Elect, Prof. Jarosław Górniak:

• Prof. Małgorzata Kossowska, the present Head of the Institute of Psychology, was chosen Vice-Dean for General Affairs;
• Dr hab. Leszek Sosnowski from the Institute of Philosophy was chosen Vice-Dean for Student Affairs.

Prof. dr hab. Edward Nęcka was elected the Faculty's Representative in the Jagiellonian University Senate.
